On behalf of the North Avondale Montessori Staff, Thank you Staff Appreciation Committee for providing a little comic relief and a great breakfast! Special thanks Patrice Dawson for organizing this event and for the masseuse, Thanks to Mrs. Carter and students for making the wonderful sunglass cases and thanks to the parents for all your contributions.

The NAM 4th Annual 2014 Oratory Festival concluded on Thursday, March 20, 2014. This year our students created their presentation/project around the famous words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., “ I Have a Dream!” Congratulations to the following students for participating in this year’s Oratory Festival and doing an excellent job with their research and presentation. I also want to recognize and congratulate the emcees for this year’s event on their outstanding job! They were Gavin Brock and Gabriella Chatman on Wednesday and Adonya Streat and Mia Roemhild on Thursday. Congrats to Elijah Cotton, Braylon Adams, Alice Haynes, Rhonda Brown, Lael Ingram, Maria Pratt, Violet Underhill, Maya Ballard, Katelyn Cotton, Zaria Haley, Adalina Nagle, Diana Hutchinson, Amira Henderson, Issac Oyediran, Joy Caffery, Carmen Rubio, Joseph Dawson, Justice Caffery, Jakari Parker, Dinah Pastoor, Giselle Espinosa-Ley, Sofia Adams-Lasse, Komal Sarai, Jorga Wilkerson, Miles Dinardo, Elizabeth Kershner, Savanna Hayes-Bogle, Morgan Mullins, Harris Ward, Max Ginn & Olivia Parmer. We had many parents, grandparents and friends attend the festival. Thank you for attending and we look forward to hosting next year’s event!
