Campout Rescheduled
The NAM Campout is re-scheduled for October 8th!
Our poll showed a clear preference for this date, so we are moving ahead!
Once again, we’ll be at the Morgan’s Riverside Campground. Sites are reserved for NAM families and become available at 12pm. Register at the camp store when you arrive, and they’ll direct you to our sites. The fee is $7 per adult camper/$6 per child camper/$25 per family max. We’ll serve dinner, smores, and light breakfast. Please bring your tent and sleeping bag, as well as a potluck dish to share, snacks, and your own drinks/cups/water bottles.
It’s a great campsite with a lot to offer! We’ll have a canoe trip available, bike trail, as well as a campfire and a night hike. If you’re interested in canoeing on Saturday or Sunday, please email Dave Morrison (davemo@fuse.net), so he can make arrangements.

Moms and Margaritas this weekend
Join Elaine Mullins and Angela Dangerfield as they treat you to unlimited margaritas and heavy appetizers. Relax and enjoy some down time with other NAM moms as we celebrate YOU and all that you do to make this school and your children’s lives the best they can be! (Adults only).

Rocket Run FUNdraiser 2016
Kids will participate in a fun run on
Friday, October 7 during the school day. You can participate by making a donation, and sharing the information (and video) with family and friends.

Save Box Tops for NAM
Next collection deadline is October 21.
The class with the most Box Tops wins a pizza party!
Each Box Top is worth 10 cents and can be found on hundreds of participating products. 50 Box Tops equals $5 for NAM. They add up fast. Last year we earned $1225.10!

This beer and wine tasting event is a NAM Foundation fundraiser. We need your support! Please join us at the Kershner’s home (8480 Crestdale, Cincinnati, OH 45236) to enjoy drinks, heavy appetizers, and conversation in celebration of our wonderful NAM community.

Walnut Hills Shadowing Opportunities
Registration for the Walnut Hills High School Shadowing program will open on their website October 1, 2016. Shadowing details are available on the shadowing website.
–There will be 370 openings
–The openings will likely fill up before the end of the second registration day (10/2/2016)
–Once the 370 spots are filled, there will be a wait list upon request until they meet their limit. (No exceptions)
–Shadowing will take place Monday thru Thursday during school hours during the months of November, January and February
–Registration can only be done through their website, under the parent section
–The Shadow email (walnut@cps-k12.org) and voice-mail (513-363-8698) will be monitored a few days a week during the months of October-February. You cannot register here.

Clark Montessori Shadowing
Currently, Clark’s shadowing days are full, but they are accepting names on their waiting list. They plan to open more dates for shadowing, so if you would like to be included, please call 513-363-7100 to add your child’s name to the list.
