REMINDER– The week of April 20th will be the last week for after school tutoring and Study Island.


Staff Appreciation Breakfast on April 10th. Show the NAM teachers and staff how much you appreciate them! This year’s theme is the 90s!  If you can join Patrice Dawson in helping to make this event happen (or you’d like to get involved with other staff appreciation activities) please contact her at pstarrd30@gmail.com  or to volunteer your time that day or to contribute food or other items, sign up at signupgenius.com
There will be volunteers to take your food donations Friday morning at each of the building entrances, or drop off items in the main office.


Attention 5th grade parents,
The PTO will host two informational meetings regarding the Washington, D.C. field trip 2016. The first meeting will be at 1:30 pm in the cafeteria.  The second meeting will be at 7:00 pm in the cafeteria.  Mr. Hammond will coordinate next year’s field trip!
Thank you Amy Babicke and Nick Davis-Dewey for chaperoning the 2015 trip!


PTO NOMINATIONS – DUE APRIL 17. Parents are part of the triangle that makes NAM great! PTO needs to fill several openings for next year’s team: President, Vice President, Secetary, Communications, Publicity. Nominate yourself or someone else. All positions can be shared. No special experience or skills required; just a willingness to be part of the solution. Nomination forms went home the week before Spring Break; extra forms can be found in the office. Questions? Field Day comes in 7 weeks! The Field Day Planning Team needs assistance coordinating volunteer refreshments, seeking food donations, coordinating student volunteers. Contact Nancy Stewart at nancy.stewart@ge.com to volunteer or for more information.


PERMISSION NEEDED FOR YEARBOOK. PARENTS, DID YOU KNOW YOU MUST OPT-IN FOR YOUR CHILD TO BE PICTURED IN THIS YEAR’S YEARBOOK? This means that if you want your child pictured AT ALL in the yearbook, YOU MUST SIGN AND RETURN THE YEARBOOK PHOTO RELEASE FORM to PTO by April 10.
