Schoology Tips

Schoology Tip #1 Download the App

Schoology is used as the primary communication from the Teachers and Administration at NAM. Several teachers post important classroom materials (should they get lost in the backpack journey home) on schoology, and it is easy to use for emailing the instructor.

Parents are provided a parent access code by CPS so that they can access the platform from their computers or mobile devices. If you have not recieved your access code after the first week of school, or have lost it please contact the school at 513-363-3900.

Download the Schoology App to your mobile device:

Schoology Tip #3 Adding the Schoology Calendar to your mobile device

For those of you who would like to add the Schoology calendar to your existing phone/device calendar (so you have one place to see them all and not have to toggle in/out of two apps) here’s how:

You will need: Laptop/Desktop, Mobile Device, and your Schoology Login+Password.

1) Log into your schoology act.

2) Select the arrow at the top right of the page next to your name and then select “Account Settings”

3) Make sure “Account Settings” tab is selected, and scroll down to “Share your schoology calendar”

4) Select “Enable”

5) Copy the address that appears in the box labeled “Use this iCal link”

6) Create an email to yourself (that goes to the device you want to add the calendar to) and past the link into the body of the email and send.

7) Open the email on the device you would like to add it too, open the email and click on the link and click yes to the message your device gives asking you if you would like to add/subscribe to the calendar
