Physical Education Clothing and Shoes

All students need to make sure that they are dressed appropriately for participation in physical education class.  All students need to wear comfortable clothing that allows them a wide a range of motion during our activities.  All students need to wear athletic shoes, which provide support and stability for their feet, ankles, knees and back.  The use of athletic shoes can help keep students safe from slipping/sliding and falling down when running and changing directions.
