Thanks to our NAM Foundation, our students will have access to the Study Island program. Study Island is used as a resource to support instruction. Students may use Study Island anywhere, anytime, on any computer.
To log on, go to studyisland.com, and use the following information:
- Username: firstname.lastname@nam
- (Example: charlie.brown@nam) Password: last name (Example: brown)
The program is detailed for each grade level: Grade 2 – Math and Reading Grade 3 – Math and Reading Grade 4 – Math, Reading & Social Studies Grade 5 – Math, Reading & Social Studies Grade 6 – Math, Reading & Social Studies.
The Grade 3 Reading OAA is Tuesday, Oct 7th. I strongly recommend all grade 3 students work on Study Island to increase their score. Remember with the new 3rd grade Reading Guarantee from the Ohio Department of Education, a student must score higher than 394 to be promoted to 4th grade. Last year, we had our best year as a school for academic gains. Our students answered 234,390 questions on Study Island. Our teachers did a fantastic job, delivering content to students.. Let’s keep up the hard work as we continue to strive for academic excellence!

NAM Market Day
October is Bonus Days. What is bonus day: it is a month chosen by Market Day to help schools/organization earn extra profit. October bonus days offers a variety of cookie dough. Products description and photos are available in the insert located in the order form or online at marketday.com. Place your cookie dough and grocery order today.
Look for October order forms in your child NAM Rocket folder or place an online order at www.marketday.com using account code 19518. Order forms are due back in the office by Friday September 19th, online order due September 23rd

Lunch- You may pre-pay for your child’s lunch. Please contact Lunchroom manager Murna Young 363-3998 for details, or go on-line to paypams.com. Free/reduced lunch applications must be renewed every year in order to continue lunch discount. If you are currently receiving free/reduced lunch and have not renewed your application, the deadline for renewal will be Sept 30th.
